Corporate Relationship Manager

What you'll do

We’re looking for someone to proactively enhance customer satisfaction and advocacy by providing them with products and services that best serve their needs. You’ll also prepare well researched and comprehensive briefs and pitch books for customers and prospect meetings. You’ll use a range of contact and strategy planning tools to identify and meet customer needs, while all the time making sure you’re delivering high quality customer interactions and experiences.

You’ll also be:

  • Assisting senior managers in analysing customers’ financial information, and negotiating and executing legal documentation
  • Collaborating with customers and colleagues to build trust and long-term sustainable value
  • Contributing to the delivery of business goals on a regular, timely and consistent basis

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a track record of delivering high quality transactions and building outstanding customer and professional relationships, ideally in a corporate environment. Along with this, you’ll have the ability to undertake detailed financial analysis, including debt capacity analysis, financial modelling and valuation for both existing and prospective customers.

As this role is in-scope for Fitness & Probity, you’ll also need to be QFA qualified, or APA at a minimum, and in the process of attaining the full QFA qualification.

You’ll also be expected to have:

  • An awareness of financing and risk management trends in order to provide innovative solutions to benefit customers
  • An ability to undertake detailed risk analysis and complex debt structuring
  • Knowledge of bank systems, processes and products
  • Strong market awareness and an appreciation of the economic and financial outlook
