What you'll do

The nature of this role means there is a great deal of flexibility in respect of how you manage your time, as you’ll be travelling to visit customers at times and locations convenient for them. You'll be field based, and this role does attract a job needs car. As Mobile Mortgage Manager, you'll deliver business performance against agreed sales targets relating to new business acquisitions and lead mortgage delivery.

We've been simplifying the mortgage journey for our customers, and you'll be using our innovative, market leading digital mortgage process which offers our customers speed of service throughout their mortgage journey. You’ll be having one-on-one conversations with our customers, giving expert advice on the mortgage products we offer that best suit their individual needs.

Most importantly with this role, you'll be delivering to a location that suits your customers, and offering a very flexible and unique customer experience.

As part of your role, you’ll be:

  • The lead for our mortgage proposition within our Mobile Mortgage Manager team, responsible for building great working relationships with our customers to promote and encourage proactive mortgage conversations with our customers
  • Providing the highest level of dedicated customer service to help our customers reach their goals
  • Executing a targeted customer contact strategy with a clear focus on new business acquisition

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll have the ability to develop new business externally. You'll be a highly motivated team player, who is trained to a world class standard to deliver excellence to our customers. It's essential that you have a QFA qualification.

You'll also need:

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • To be helpful, friendly and committed to every customer and their needs
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills 
  • To be driven and self motivated
