Join us in Edinburgh or Dublin as a Subject Access Request Agent

  • This is an opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to join our Arrears Support Unit
  • You'll be responsible for collating all customer data as defined under the new General Data Protection Regulation
  • Hone your existing records management skills and advance your career in this exciting, fast paced role
  • We're offering the role for a period of 6 months

What you'll do

You'll be actioning Subject Access Requests (SARs) received from Ulster Bank's customers or from authorised third parties, accurately collating all the data the bank holds on the customers. You'll then present it in a clear and understandable way to be supplied to the requestor, making sure that the SARs are processed within a 30 deadline.

You'll also be:

  • Ensuring necessary checking is completed to a high standard
  • Providing advice and support to the business regarding SARs and our requirements as a bank
  • Maintaining an accurate and policy compliant records management system
  • Supporting the development of team building and delivering lasting results for Ulster Bank

The skills you'll need

You'll need a broad base of PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, experience of touch typing, and accurate transcribing of calls. Knowledge of mortgage and loans products and basic knowledge of GDPR would be an advantage.

You'll also need:

  • Good communication skills when speaking and writing
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise work accordingly through excellent time management
  • An analytical approach to problem solving
  • The agility to flex between roles at short notice due to changing business needs
